Presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI)

For young performers; 1st - 5th Grade

The Lion King KIDS features classic songs from the Broadway musical and animated feature film, including “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” “He Lives in You,” and “Hakuna Matata" and more. Our friends, Simba, Rafiki & all of the unforgettable characters journey to the African savanna, the jungle & to Pride Rock. Young performers will learn a wide range of theatrical skills while bringing this timeless story to life! 

Saturdays, 11:30am - 1:00pm at Spotlight Studios, 358 Forest Avenue

Auditions & 1st Rehearsal: September 6

Casting will be announced, via email, no later than September 8. Everyone will be cast!

No Rehearsal: 9/20 & 11/29 Tech Rehearsals: 12/11 & 12, 4:00 - 7:00pm

Please note: Actors are responsible for their own costumes. Costume information & links to inexpensive options will be provided in September.

Performances: Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 1:00 & 4:00pm at The SI Playhouse at Empire Outlets, 55 Richmond Terrace
