CINDERELLA, Youth Edition

For performers; 4th - 10th Grades

Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, the age-old classic fairytale that transports us to the miraculous kingdom where dreams-come-true, is full of heart & humor and some of our favorite songs, like "In My Own Little Corner" & "Ten Minutes Ago". In this specially created Youth Edition, all the beloved songs and familiar characters are present and accounted for. However, the script has been condensed to better suit young performers, and the plot has been slightly altered to highlight some important lessons for contemporary audiences.

Saturdays, 1:30 - 4:30pm at Spotlight Studios, 358 Forest Avenue

Auditions Workshop & Auditions: Saturday, September 13, 1:30 - 4:30. Casting will be announced by email no later than 9/15. Everyone will be cast!   

Rehearsals start on Saturday, September 27

No Rehearsal: 9/20, 11/29, 12/6 & 27 Tech Rehearsals: 1/27 - 29, 5:00 - 9:00pm

Performances: January 30 at 7:00pm, January 31 at 2:00 & 6:00pm, February 1 at 2:00pm at The SI Playhouse at Empire Outlets, 55 Richmond Terrace

Fee: $575   Sibling Fee: $475

Please note: Actors are responsible for their own costumes. Costume information & links to inexpensive options will be provided after casting is complete.
